Organisation

The Open Education Conference is an International Conference currently organised by a volunteer committee from the Open Education Community. OER15 is hosted by OER Wales Cymru, Universities Wales and the Association for Learning Technology and will take place in Cardiff in April 2015.

It will be hosted and run by the Association for Learning Technology with effect from September 2016 thus securing the sustainability of the conference for future years.

Chairs

The OER15 Conference is chaired by Haydn Blackey Director of the Centre for Excellence in Learning and Teaching at University of South Wales and Martin Weller Professor of Educational Technology,  Institute of Educational Technology Professoriat, at the Open University.
